At the heart of the initiative is the YRoot Method, a structured approach designed to help people clarify their purpose, identify obstacles, define measurable objectives, and maintain momentum through uncertainty and change.

Today, YRoot encompasses coaching services, educational programmes, digital tools, and the ongoing development of the YRoot App, a platform designed to support personal and professional growth through a mission-oriented approach.

As Co-Founder and CEO, I lead the development of the methodology, software platform, and long-term vision of the project.

LaikaSat

LaikaSat is a space technology startup developing software-only artificial intelligence for Earth observation satellites. Rather than requiring dedicated AI hardware, its platform enables existing onboard computers to run machine learning models that analyse, filter, and prioritise imagery directly in orbit. This approach reduces downlink costs, improves mission efficiency, and allows new AI capabilities to be deployed to satellites already in space through software updates.

As a member of the Advisory Board, I provide strategic scientific and technical guidance, drawing on my experience in space mission preparation, instrument performance modelling, and exoplanet science.
