Visiting Researcher at JPL

Honorary Research Fellow at UCL

Research Associate at INAF-OAPa

Research Fellow at "Sapienza" University of Rome

I warmly welcome you to my professional webpage. I am currently serving as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Cardiff University, having previously worked as a Temporary Research Fellow and conducted my Ph.D. studies under the supervision of Prof. Enzo Pascale at "Sapienza" University of Rome. These positions followed my foundational training in Physics and Astrophysics, which I received at the University of Florence in 2015. I later graduated with highest honors in Astronomy and Astrophysics from "Sapienza" University of Rome.

My primary area of academic focus is the characterization of exoplanets, a demanding field due to the limitations of current technology. In response to this challenge, I have concentrated on the development of advanced numerical methods for data analysis and tool optimization. I have accumulated a wide range of expertise in various tools and techniques over the years, including atmospheric retrievals, end-to-end instrument simulators, instrument calibration, and data detrending pipelines. I invite you to explore my work and reach out for academic inquiries or potential collaborations.
